Once you complete the Order Brief request form a member of the adm Account Team will reach out to your directly to support you with your request.
The dimensional weight of the package and the distance from the sender address to the final delivery destination will impact the total cost of shipping. Please note that we use a variety of specialized vendors to produce branded merchandise assortments; therefore, items within your order could be produced by different vendors and result in multiple shipments.
All orders placed through shopmarriottmerch.com can be reviewed in the My Orders link. You can search using the different orders status options or by using the Order ID that is received at the time of placing your order.
If your package is lost and/or if you have not received your order, please contact the adm Group Customer Service team at marriott@adm-indicia.com within 30 days of order placement.
If there is a quality issue with your order, please send marriott@adm-indicia.com an image of the error or damage for a prompt exchange for the same item or an immediate full refund. Otherwise, no returns are accepted. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
